From LA to the Adirondacks: Lily Esposito 鈥�20

Lily Esposito 鈥�20 grew up near Los Angeles. Now, the 吃瓜爆料 alumna is living off the grid in the Adirondacks and teaching environmental education programs.

President鈥檚 office hours

President Conner will hold open office hours from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 18. All faculty, staff, and students are invited to request a 10-minute, in-person appointment. To register, please email presoff@skidmore.edu. Requests will be handled in the order they are received.

Next staff meeting

The next staff meeting will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, March 31, on the second floor of the Murray-Aikins Dining Hall. The agenda is posted here. Off-North Broadway Cabaret

吃瓜爆料鈥檚 new musical theater club, Off-North Broadway, will perform their first cabaret at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at Falstaff's, with performances from shows such as 鈥淗adestown,鈥� 鈥淢ean Girls,鈥� 鈥淗eathers,鈥� and many more. Sexual Assault Awareness 5K Run-Walk

The 吃瓜爆料 Office of Health Promotion and the Peer Health Educators will host the first 吃瓜爆料 5K Run-Walk in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) on Sunday, April 16. Registration will begin at 12:15 p.m. in the Zankel lot. A free T-shirt will be given out to the first 200 people who register for the event. A donation to Wellspring is encouraged.

Persian Film Series: "The Cow" by Dariush Mehrjui

Dariush Mehrjui's groundbreaking film "The Cow," credited with starting the Iranian New Wave, will be screened at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, in Lucy Scribner Library Room 129. Snacks will be provided. For more information, contact Hajar Hussaini or Michael Swellander.

Summer Housing Information Table

Do you want to live on campus this summer? Stop by the summer housing information table in the Murray-Aikins Dining Hall atrium from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 30; Monday, April 3; Wednesday, April 5; Tuesday, April 11; or Thursday, April 13, to learn more or ask questions about how to make the best of taking a class or working a job this summer. 吃瓜爆料 Athletics will host a panel centered on allyship and the LGBTQ+ community from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 3, in Zankel Music Center. The event, which will also , will be moderated by Professor of American Studies Beck Krefting and feature panelists Katherine Almquist 鈥�24 (women's tennis), Coach Curt Speerschneider (women鈥檚 tennis), Clare Kenny 鈥�15 (women鈥檚 volleyball), Associate Professor of Sociology Amon Emeka, Executive Director of the Pride Center of the Capital Region Nathanial Gray, and Emily Czelusniak 鈥�25 (swimming and diving). New 鈥楬yde Cabinet鈥� exhibition now open

The Tang Teaching Museum announces the latest exhibition organized by a member of the Tang Student Advisory Council: 鈥�,鈥� on view through May 14. Curated by Naima Nigh 鈥�23, the 2022-23 Eleanor Linder Winter 鈥�43 intern, the exhibition features a print by Trenton Doyle Hancock, who will deliver this year鈥檚 Winter/Miller Lecture at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 30.

Admissions Discovery Tour

The Admissions Office invites campus offices and student groups to participate in the Discovery Tour, an accepted student's day program for the BIPOC student community. Our goal is to highlight campus resources for candidates considering 吃瓜爆料, including academics, intercultural life, and student life, as well as the perspectives of current students. Athletics News

Spring sports schedules are well underway with 10 home weekend events. On Friday, the softball team will host Russell Sage for a doubleheader at 2 p.m. On Saturday, men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 rowing will host four teams on Fish Creek at 11 a.m. The men鈥檚 tennis team hosts Hobart at 10 a.m., followed by the women鈥檚 match against William Smith at 1 p.m. at the Wilton YMCA. Baseball plays Bard in a pair at Castle Diamond at noon. A rare lacrosse doubleheader starts at noon when the women play William Smith, followed by the men鈥檚 game against Vassar at 3 p.m. All schedules are subject to weather changes, so please check the for up-to-date information.
