Stephen Ives
Stephen Ives, assistant professor of health and exercise sciences, had an article titled "" published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, the journal of the American College of Sports Medicine.
Jay Rogoff
Jay Rogoff, lecturer in English, has published his most recent dance article, "Summer Romances,"
in the (Winter 2016), a report on 2015 performances at the Jacob's Pillow Festival and Tanglewood.
His previous dance piece for Hopkins, "Girls Who Dance Like That," in Vol. 8, No.
4 (Fall 2015), examines Alexei Ratmansky's reconstruction of The Sleeping Beauty for American Ballet Theatre and Christopher Wheeldon's Broadway production of An American in Paris. The Winter 201516 issue of , includes his interview with Peter Martins, New York City Ballet's ballet master
in chief, and his reviews of NYCB's Saratoga season and Opera Saratoga's production
of Dido and Aeneas, directed and choreographed by Karole Armitage.
Activities
Patty Bosen, director of Health Services, participated in a March 3 panel discussion titled Use Your Head: Be Smart 勛圖惇蹋 Concussions, hosted by Ellis Medicine. Approximately 120 people attended the event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park, which featured local medical directors, neurologists, athletic trainers, and physical therapists.
