Chris Vecsey, associate professor of neuroscience, Sarita Lagalwar, associate professor of neuroscience, and Bernard Possidente, professor of biology, co-authored 17 research poster presentations with 28 students at the April 24 NEURON Conference at Quinnipiac University Medical School. The "Nu Rho Psi Award for Scientific Merit" for the best poster was awarded to Elizabeth Roy 22 for "Specifying the role of NPF in sleep induction of adult and larval Drosophila melanogaster," co-authored by Brianne Cook '18 and Associate Professor of Neuroscience.
