Sarah Day-O'Connell, professor of music, lectured on works by Haydn, Beethoven, and Ruth Gipps for the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Orchestra at the Bravo!Vail Music Festival in Colorado. Her essay "Children (and Geniuses): Beethoven, Bernstein, and Lucy's Unanswered Question" was published in . 

Sarah DiPasquale and Jason Ohlberg, associate professors of dance, were invited presenters at the National Dance Education Organization's virtual professional development conference in July. Their session, entitledAssessing Inclusive Learning in Dance History, will also be featured at NDEO's annual conference in Colorado this fall.
