Campus Safety Officers Edward Reardon, Renalda Board, and Jason Winters; Campus Safety Sgt. Tammy Ost; Associate Director of Dining Services John Everett; Sanitation and Safety Steward Ian Bradley; Production Manager Timothy Thompson, Customer Attendant and Short-Order Cooks Jessica Parker and Rosa Ramos; Student Employee Supervisor Emilie Paulino; and student employees Nana Kwame Minkah ’27 and Arianna Grullon Ramos ’26 received a Presidential Commendation from President Marc Conner for providing extraordinary expertise, care, and compassion during a medical emergency experienced by a fellow employee in October. 

The protein-pacing research of Paul Arciero, professor of health and human physiological sciences, was highlighted in a on healthy weight loss for women. The article cited Arciero's research that demonstrates the effectiveness of combining protein and creatine for healthy weight loss.
