The Juniors Show

Academic Festival Artists’ Talk and Reception: Wednesday, May 4, 3-4:20 p.m.
Special hours from Monday, May 9 through Friday, May 13: 12 noon-5 p.m.
The Juniors Show is an exhibition of work by selected junior art students. Art faculty nominate juniors who are making strong work and developing an artistic vision. These students exhibit their art, and also speak about the art clearly and coherently in front of peers, faculty, and guests at the Academic Festival Artist’s Talk. Both the exhibition and the discussion deepen their understanding of this important facet of being a professional artist.
Works in painting drawing, photography, graphic design, ceramics, jewelry and metals, sculpture, fibers, and animation will be on view.
