Institutional Effectiveness

Assessment in Administrative Offices

Every area within the College is expected to be engaged in assessment to support continuous improvement. We strive to nurture creative thought. In addition, we recognize that different divisional priorities require different timelines and assessment approaches. As such, divisions have the flexibility to determine projects that are specific to their operations and are expected to document progress on an annual basis.

College leaders work with their colleagues to conduct the assessment projects and complete an annual assessment report, submitted through , the College’s Learning Management System.  A template for your report is available on theSpring and further summarized in the Subcommittee on Institutional Effectiveness Annual Report.

  • July 1 — Offices submit summary of assessment projects that occurred in the previous academic year.
  • September 30 — The IES publishes an annual report from previous academic year.
