The Office of Conferences and Events works to promote ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ College as a unique and inspiring venue for conferences, camps, meetings, retreats, weddings, festivals and special events. The team also supports ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ staff, faculty and administrators in planning on-campus meetings and programs.
³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ is affiliated with the Association of Collegiate Conferences and Events Directors International (ACCED–I), the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I), the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau (Discover Saratoga).
Our Services
We pride ourselves on being an end-to-end event management team. Some of the specific services we provide and areas we oversee at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ include:
- Year-round meeting and event space scheduling and rentals
- Event set-up and oversight services
- Summer conference, camp, event and program operations
- The Surrey-Williamson Inn, including managing guest rooms and overseeing the use of the inn for meetings, weddings and other personal events
- Online event registration services
Our team
Wendy LeBlanc
Director of Conferences and Events
Wendy oversees ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s external hospitality and event operations. She also leads a team responsible for promoting, planning and coordinating summer conferences, events and programs, summer operations and the Surrey-Williamson Inn. Wendy has worked at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ for over 20 years in various leadership roles related to operations and conferences.
Prior to ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, Wendy worked in hospitality, events and retail settings and is a graduate of Montclair State University. She is a member of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors International (ACCED-I).
Megan Bove
Assistant Director
As an Assistant Director, Megan Bove oversees all summer conferences and works with external clients looking to rent ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ space for events as well as Surrey-Williamson Inn guest rooms. Her focus is on customer relations and event management. Megan is also responsible for the College's centralized scheduling system.
Prior to joining ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, Megan worked in the hospitality and event industry for several venues, specializing in weddings and large-scale events. Megan has a bachelor’s degree in event management from Johnson and Wales University.
Ann Hartman
Operations Coordinator
As the Operations Coordinator, Ann is responsible for the year-round management for the Surrey-Williamson Inn guest rooms and for maintaining the department websites and social media. During the summer months, Ann oversees summer operations details, including the Summer Registration and Information Desk and its staff.
Prior to ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, Ann worked as an educator with special education children. Ann has a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
Will Gallagher
Assistant Director
As an Assistant Director, Will Gallagher oversees the planning of event logistics, on-campus and as well as at the Surrey-Williamson Inn. His focus is on customer assistance and event management for ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ College as well as private weddings and events at the Surrey. Will is also responsible for coordinating the centralized event request system.
Will has spent almost a decade working in higher education events and marketing. Prior to ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, his work focused on on-campus, advancement, and alumni events. Will has a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany.
